Indulgent Fairtrade cocoa is added to a special gluten free flour blend from our mill to create these delicious cookies. They are made using artisan methods and organic produce in our Wiltshire bakery, where everything that goes into the mixing bowl is on the ingredient list. The palm oil is responsibly sourced from sustainable farms which work to protect the eco system. We do not use genetically modified ingredients, controversial additives or hydrogenated fat.
